From the “Other” screen, tap the "General Settings" -> tap “Edit Categories.”
Then, press “Edit” to the top right. A “≡” icon will appear next to each category, so move the categories while pressing the “≡” with your finger. Once you have finished reordering the categories, be sure to press the “Complete” button to the top right.
This will complete the reordering. By all means, please give it a try.
